This charming Paris studio apartment is located on the Left Bank in
the heart of the 7th district and just a short stroll
from the famous rue Cler. The tranquil efficiency studio is perfect
for short term rentals and romantic getaways. This is the ideal
location - just minutes from the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides and the
River Seine.
Some of the best food that Paris has to offer can be purchased less
than a block away on the pedestrian only shopping street rue Cler
and brought back to the apartment where you can dine on your own
private garden patio. There are also numerous cafes and restaurants
in the neighborhood. Breakfast from one of the three patisseries in
the area and fresh fruit from one of the rue Cler markets will cost
just a few Euros. Commanding views of the Eiffel Tower and Ecole
Militaire are just steps away. The closest metro stop, Ecole
Militaire, is a short two-minute walk.
The studio, with its own private garden patio, has been freshly
updated and decorated and has all new appliances and fixtures. This
is a ground floor apartment and can accommodate up to 3 guests with
one double size bed and a day bed for one. The spacious studio also
has a full bath with a shower enclosure. The modern kitchen is
compact but very efficient including a full oven. See the full list

seating with 2 stools, as well as a dining table for 3. French doors
lead from the apartment to its private patio which increases the
feeling of spaciousness and allows for a light airy feel in warmer
months and natural light in winter.

**All apartments have a flat $150 refundable key/security deposit.

**Accidental Damage Waiver – one time flat fee of $39 for rentals
under $250nt and $49 for rentals over $250nt. Covers guests up to
$1450 of accidental damage with a $100 deductible, which would be
taken from their security deposit. It does not cover loss of keys.
