the corner on rue Jean Nicot. There's a supermarket just down the
street and rue Cler is a short walk from this well-located
apartment. You'll find food and flower markets as well as gourmet
shops and many well-known restaurants close by.
As far as tourist sights, Invalides with its golden dome, and
Napoleon's Tomb are very close by. You can pack a lunch and walk to
the Rodin Museum and eat in the garden with Rodin's famous statues.
The Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mars park are a 10-minute walk from
the apartment. You can walk along the Seine to the Musee d'Orsay or
the Louvre. Or, you can hop on the #69 bus which will take you all
the way to the Marais, through many of Paris' most popular tourist
areas for an inexpensive viewing of the sights of Paris.
This quiet Paris rental apartment is on the European 1st floor (2nd
US) with just 1 flight of stairs. It's 36m2 (about 380 ft2). At the
front of the apartment, facing a courtyard is the bedroom. It has a
European queen size bed, a chest of drawers and armoire to store
your belongings. The living room and kitchen area are at the rear of
the apartment and offer comfortable living area. Here you'll find a
double sofa bed that serves as seating during the day and
comfortable sleeping at night. The kitchen has refrigerator, 4
burner stove top, oven, microwave, electric coffee pot, toaster,
dishes, and pots and pans. There's a radio with a CD player and a TV
with the English news channels CNN, BBC, as well as French stations.
The bathroom has been recently renovated including a large walk-in
shower. There's a separate room for the WC and sink for easy access
for all. There are windows at both ends of the apartment,
overlooking different courtyard areas, providing nice natural light
and good cross ventilation when it is warmer out. Fans are provided
as well for summer months.
Staying in this apartment is truly the best way to experience a
typical French neighborhood. Come and be delighted!

Damage Waiver – one time flat fee of $39 for rentals under $250nt
and $49 for rentals over $250nt. Covers guests up to $1450 of
accidental damage with a $100 deductible, which would be taken from
their security deposit. It does not cover loss of keys.
