 We highly recommend that you book your seat assignments ahead of time to confirm the train that is needed to get you to the next city on time. The cost is approx $12-$30 pp per segment.

 

 

An Italian Rail Pass is included in your Package and does not include reservations.
  Some trains require the purchase of seat assignments.  This is an extra cost to you.  Aero-Marine strongly recommends seat reservations in advance. Once the rail tickets have been issued, you can book your seat assignments online and pay at the same time.

VENICE:  Exc. Murano and Burano Island (collective tour by boat with  guide)

This tour first stops at Murano island, famous for its glassmaking industry. Here you will spend about 40 minutes, during which you can visit one of the factories that exist on the island and admire the master glass makers at work. Or, if you are interested, you can visit the Museum of Glass or the ancient Basilica of Saint Donato.

Afterwards, you will head towards Burano, a lovely fishermen village famous for its lace making industry and brightly painted houses. Here, you can also find and taste some very special cookies,  the BUSSOLAI, typical of this island.


Gondola Serenade - An illuminated softly gliding gondola will take you along the city’s main waterway, the Grand Canal, flanked by splendid floodlit palaces, and through other dark thrilling canals. Music playing traditional Italian arias and songs will entertain you. 

FLORENCE = collective guided walking tour  (NO ENTRANCE FEES INCLUDED)

Florence is literally dotted with ARCHITECTURAL WONDERS and WORKS OF ART. On our tour, you will admire firsthand the sites and monuments that have made Florence one of the most visited destinations in the world.

To start your tour, you will head to REPUBBLICA SQUARE, one of the most elegant and historically important “piazzas” in Florence, overflowing with refined cafés and luxury shopping. Follow your guide through the characteristic streets and picturesque alleys until you reach LOGGIA DEL MERCATO NUOVO, where your guide will demonstrate a symbol of good luck by caressing the nose of the famous PORCELLINO (wild boar) BRONZE STATUE. On this tour, you will learn all sorts of local legends, fascinating stories, and unexpected facts about Florence.

Right around the corner, your guide will lead you to the intriguing PONTE VECCHIO - a true icon of the city. This bridge is famous for its exclusive jewelry stores, unique structure, and for being the only bridge spared during the bombings during the Second World War.

Then, follow your guide to ACCADEMIA DEI GEORGOFILI and UFFIZI SQUARE, where you will discover the heart of Florence - SIGNORIA SQUARE. This true open-air museum is dominated by the imposing PALAZZO VECCHIO and the magnificent LOGGIA DEI LANZI, home to fascinating statues such as PERSEUS by Cellini and the RAT OF THE SABINE WOMEN by Giambologna.

Your journey through Florence will lead to SAN GIOVANNI SQUARE, home of the wonderful FLORENCE CATHEDRAL and BRUNELLESCHI'S DOME, as well as the Baptistery and Giotto's Bell Tower.

PISA:  collective tour included the coach services

ROME Collective walking tour of Classical Rome (colosseum + forum e/f included)

Romulus and Remus. To see it with your own eyes, join us and our professional guide on this 3-hour-tour: we’ll provide you with a pocket radio receiver and earphones, and let you access the Colosseum
skipping the long line. You’ll walk inside the Flavian Amphitheater, seeing the places where the Ancient Romans used to watch a variety of events, such as gladiatorial shows or staged animal hunts, and
you’ll learn more about the way Romans used to enjoy their leisure time. You’ll stroll around the Palatine Hill, the place where Rome was founded and where Roman emperors used to live: the view is 

spectacular from here, so get your camera ready for some perfect shots from above! You’ll also reach the Roman Forum, the pulsating heart of ancient Roman life, to see some very well preserved ruins of that
time: let the tour guide take you back in time and try to imagine how it was like to be a Roman citizen.

Open Bus stops: via Ludovisi; Barberini; Termini, Santa Maria Maggiore; Colosseo; Teatro marcello, Vaticano,Sant'angelo Bridge, Via del Tritone.

For the open bus there is one bus each 30 minutes from 08.30 to 17.30, and the bus stops in each of the places listed below.
If the clients would like to stop in one of these places they can drop off from the bus, doing a vist on their own and then take the next bus which will
pass in the same spot after 30 minutes from when the other bus have left.
