INTIMATE LUXURY SHIPS
Our ships range in size from 51 to 364 suites to ensure each
of our guests finds the perfect balance between choice and
intimacy.
Cruise fares cover certain shipboard services including: suite
accommodations, butler service in any suite, unlimited Wi-Fi,
onboard meals and entertainment, 24-hour dining service, beverages
aboard ship including select wines, champagnes, spirits, soft
drinks, water, tea and coffee, shore excursions (one per port) only
available on all "Door-to-Door" and "Port-to-Port" voyages and on
Essential only for Expedition voyages, gratuities aboard ship
(except spa).
Eligibility Requirements

All
IATA/ARC airline employee and spouse or traveling companion in
same suite, dependent children, parents of air employees &
retired air personnel are eligible for the interline rate.

Proof
of eligibility is required and must be sent in prior to making
payment (see verification requirements below).

When
traveling on same voyage, spouses/domestic partners must always
be booked in the same suite - we do not permit husband & wife
airline employees or parents of airline employees to make split
bookings in order to bring along friends or non-eligible
relatives. If interline husband & wife is traveling on same
voyage, they must travel in same suite.

Military personnel are not eligible for interline
program.

Federal Express/UPS employees are not eligible Interline program
unless FED EX/UPS pilot.

Dependent children may travel in separate suite on same voyage
of Airline Employee.

Active or Retired Cruise Line employees are eligible for the
Interline program.

Retired Employees from defunct airline (i.e. Eastern) are
eligible for Interline rates. Must have been retired at time
airline closed.
Verifications Requirements

Active or retired Airline employee traveling: Email scanned copy
of Airline Employee badge or retired card with photo. If
badge/card does not have a photo, they need to submit copy of
driver's license along with badge/card.

Travel Privilege Summary from the employee's website is fine if
it shows the name of the eligible family member.
