All Antarctica expeditions include free private charter air service. When an itinerary sails across the Drake Passage, charter air service is provided between Buenos Aires and Ushuaia, where the expedition embarks and/or disembarks. When an itinerary flies over the Drake Passage, charter air is provided between Punta Arenas and King George Island, where the expedition embarks and/or disembarks. Private group transfers between the airport and yacht are included as well to ensure a seamless travel experience.

All Antarctica expeditions include a free 1-night pre-expedition hotel stay. Select voyages include a free 1-night post-expedition hotel stay as well.

Acceptable proof of eligibility is either a copy of your ID badge or a letter from your supervisor on airline letterhead.

Stateroom Availability: As long as one guest in the stateroom is described as eligible above, the following would apply:
1. All other guests in the same stateroom would be eligible for the interline rate.
2. One additional stateroom may be booked with guests in that stateroom being eligible for the interline rate.
3. A second additional stateroom may be booked with guests eligible for the interline rate only if one of the two staterooms is occupied by an extended family member.
4. A maximum of three (3) staterooms may be booked per eligible guest, per sailing date only as described in #3 immediately above.
5. All reduced rate fares are based on availability by category at the time of booking.
6. Interline rates are capacity controlled and not combinable with any public offer, groups, or any other promotion.
7. In the unforeseen event of an oversold voyage, Atlas Ocean Voyages reserves the right to move booked guests from the cruise with reduced rate fares to a comparable expedition as needed.

Arctic charter are included when the itinerary includes Longyearbyen. Charter flights are from Oslo to Longyearbyen and Longyearbyen to Oslo.
